Job Summary:

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales revenue growth in the assigned territory by building strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within healthcare institutions. This role requires a strong understanding of medical devices and a proven track record of success in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including physicians, nurses, and administrators.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in disposable medical device sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the enteral market.
  • Experience working with navigation-based technology.
  • Relationships within ICU/CCU departments in hospitals within the defined geographic territory.
