Business Development Specialist

Luxe Global Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with potential new customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of success in sales and account management. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients.
This role requires a strong understanding of sales principles and practices, as well as the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies to drive business growth. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a results-driven approach, who can think critically and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage daily with potential new account leads and provide exceptional customer support to each individual
- Attend regular account management meetings and schedule conference calls as needed
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets
- Generate new business and customers by proactively reaching out to consumers and prospects
- Provide in-depth product knowledge to potential new customer accounts and conduct cost/benefit analysis on local competitors
- Document and track various sales activities and trends within assigned regions and accounts
