The Ford Agency is currently seeking candidates for an Office Services Administrator role within a non-profit organization. This is a temporary position that may lead to a permanent opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilities Management: Organize conference rooms, arrange furniture, set up audio/visual equipment, prepare workspaces for new employees, coordinate furniture relocations, and maintain kitchen and office supplies.
  • Mailroom Operations: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including logging, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as tracking FedEx and UPS deliveries.
  • Printing and Scanning Oversight: Handle large volume printing and scanning requests.
  • Reception Coverage: Provide front desk support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in office services within a professional environment.
  • Demonstrated customer service and administrative support skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Adaptability, initiative, and a strong work ethic are essential.

Note: Candidates must be located in the DC, MD, or VA area or have plans for relocation.
