The Ford Agency is currently seeking candidates for an Office Services Administrator role within a prominent non-profit organization. This position is temporary with the potential for permanence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilities Management: Organize conference rooms, arrange furniture, set up audio/visual equipment, prepare workspaces for new employees, coordinate furniture relocations, and maintain office and kitchen supplies.
- Mailroom Operations: Manage the logging, sorting, and distribution of mail, oversee FedEx and UPS deliveries, and track any missing packages.
- Printing and Scanning: Supervise large printing and scanning requests.
- Reception Duties: Provide coverage at the front desk as required.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in office services within a professional environment.
- Demonstrated customer service and administrative support skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Adaptability, initiative, and a strong work ethic.
