Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Express Lane team at Tustin Chrysler Jeep Dodge. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt, courteous, and effective service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Service Order Management: Oversee service orders and flow of the Express Lane, ensuring efficient and timely service delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
  • Work Distribution: Distribute work between technicians efficiently, ensuring optimal productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Support: Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs, providing accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Customer Success Index: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring the Customer Success Index is at or above company standards.
  • Warranty Administration: Oversee the administration of warranty claims, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution.
  • Training and Supervision: Train and supervise service department staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.

  • Technical Knowledge: Have a strong understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
  • Customer Focus: Possess a customer-focused mindset, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrate a strong ability to work collaboratively with other team members, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
