As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day financial transactions, including managing and maintaining accounts payable and receivable processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely manner
  • Review and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor and customer accounts
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
  • Prepare and submit timely payments to vendors
  • Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts
  • Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed

Requirements:

  • Two years minimum experience in accounts payable/receivable or a related role
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
