About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Arkana Laboratories. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Initiate personal contact with clients, assess their needs, and provide solutions to address any issues or concerns.
  • Travel and Representation: Travel nationally to client locations to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction, and represent the company at industry tradeshows and events.
  • Client Care and Support: Execute client care activities, track in-person visits and necessary follow-up, and manage relationships with clients using usage reports.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in customer service or account management roles.
  • Computer Skills: Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Office and Salesforce.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
