Account Executive, Ticket Sales

Responsibilities:

● Create and maintain partnerships with emphasis on group sales

  • Grow and maintain client base and grow new clients via cold calls
  • Use Score CRM to enter daily contact with clients
  • Assist with hospitality services (cleaning, stocking, serving food, prepping food, increasing food and beverage sales). Manage, work alongside and support part time staff members
  • Work all 69+ Travelers home games, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to multitask and work in stressful situations to problem solve
  • Create and build relationships with current and new clients
  • Work alongside other group sales executives to meet department and individual goals
  • Help create new ways and ideas for the groups department to maximize efficiency
  • Coordinate details for client events including but not limited to: ticket distribution, and food and beverage selection

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

● Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required

  • Experience in hospitality preferred
  • Highly resourceful, reliable, organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented individual
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to create relevant content
  • Experience running a hourly staff
  • Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Word and related POS systems)
  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Ability to be on their feet for long periods of time
  • Experience running, leading and training an hourly staff
