We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Development Executive to join our team at Trane Technologies. As a Comprehensive Solutions Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing account-specific business plans to drive long-term, profitable partnerships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Determine customer needs and develop tailored business plans to meet their requirements.
- Convert leads into opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales process and communicating next steps.
- Gather and validate preliminary information, perform facility walkthroughs, and review construction plans.
- Responsible for project take-off, proposal pricing, and selling strategy, as well as integration of equipment, controls, and services.
- Provide technical support and answer customer questions on HVAC systems, Trane products, and system applications.
- Travel to customer job sites, which may involve outdoor work and/or work in mechanical/equipment rooms.
- Bachelor of Science or 4-8 years of demonstrated executive selling experience preferred.
- Minimum three (3) years' experience in executive selling.
- Valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations.
We offer a competitive total target compensation package, including a mix of fixed base salary and uncapped sales commissions. Our commission plans grow over time with a successful employee's growing pipeline, and some sales professionals may eventually move to 100% commission.
