Position Overview:

In the role of Order Allocation Specialist at Q LLC, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and fulfilled promptly. This position demands exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will include overseeing inventory levels, collaborating with the production team, and ensuring that all orders are allocated in accordance with customer requirements and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Processing: Efficiently process and allocate customer orders, ensuring fulfillment aligns with priority and customer specifications.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee and manage inventory levels to guarantee stock availability for order fulfillment while minimizing excess inventory or shortages.
  • Collaboration with Production Team: Liaise closely with the production team to synchronize orders with production timelines and communicate any potential delays to relevant parties.
  • Customer Communication: Keep customers informed about their order status, including any delays or modifications, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Order Prioritization: Evaluate and prioritize orders based on customer urgency, inventory availability, and production schedules.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain precise records of all orders, inventory levels, and communications within the company's order management system.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing the order allocation process and collaborate with the team to implement more efficient practices.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in order management, inventory control, or a related field.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Proficient in order management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with the firearms industry is advantageous.
