Position Overview:

In the role of Order Allocation Specialist at Q LLC, you will be integral to the accurate processing and timely fulfillment of customer orders. Your responsibilities will include overseeing inventory levels, collaborating with the production team, and ensuring that all orders are allocated in accordance with customer requirements and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Processing: Ensure precise processing and allocation of customer orders, fulfilling them based on priority and specific customer requirements.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee and manage inventory levels to guarantee availability for order fulfillment while minimizing excess stock or shortages.
  • Collaboration with Production Team: Liaise closely with the production team to align orders with production timelines and communicate any potential delays to relevant parties.
  • Customer Communication: Keep customers informed about their order status, including any updates or changes, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Order Prioritization: Evaluate and prioritize orders based on customer urgency, inventory status, and production schedules.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive records of all orders, inventory data, and communications within the company's order management system.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing the order allocation process and collaborate with the team to implement more effective practices.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in order management, inventory control, or a related area.
