In the role of Technical Service Specialist, you will be at the forefront, delivering operational and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems across diverse industries.

This essential position encompasses working with various technologies, including media filtration, softening, reverse osmosis (RO), ion exchange (IX), de-oxygenation, electro deionization, and ultrafiltration (UF).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, monitor, and enhance equipment performance
  • Conduct maintenance and calibration tasks on water treatment apparatus.
  • Perform analytical assessments such as turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, along with various site-specific testing protocols


  • Oversee and maintain chemical injection systems
  • Manage inventory of spare parts and ensure adequate supply of chemicals and replacement components
  • Execute mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation
  • Document and maintain site records, providing clients with comprehensive technical summaries of work completed
  • Collaborate with customer management and operational teams
  • Ensure adherence to contract specifications regarding volume and quality
  • Perform additional duties as necessary
Candidate Profile

About You:

To thrive in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED / Home School Certification or international equivalent with 2+ years of experience in service/maintenance or a similar role in an industrial setting
  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Science/Engineering (STEM) or a technical certificate in Instrumentation, Controls, or programming and/or water treatment equipment including UF/MBR. Experience with PLC control systems, PLC programming, and troubleshooting is preferred
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the designated region
  • Ability to obtain and maintain access to assigned sites
  • Valid Driver's License
