Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and enhance equipment performance
- Conduct maintenance and calibration tasks on water treatment apparatus.
- Perform analytical assessments such as turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, along with various site-specific testing protocols
- Oversee and maintain chemical injection systems
- Manage inventory of spare parts and ensure adequate supply of chemicals and replacement components
- Execute mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation
- Document and maintain site records, providing clients with comprehensive technical summaries of work completed
- Collaborate with customer management and operational teams
- Ensure adherence to contract specifications regarding volume and quality
- Perform additional duties as necessary
About You:
This role is centered around service, and you will bring a positive demeanor to your work, as making others happy is a source of fulfillment for you.
- High School Diploma / GED / Home School Certification or international equivalent with 2+ years of experience in service/maintenance or a similar role in an industrial setting
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Science/Engineering (STEM) or a technical certificate in Instrumentation, Controls, or programming and/or water treatment equipment including UF/MBR. Experience with PLC control systems, PLC programming, and troubleshooting is preferred
- Willingness to travel extensively within the designated region
- Ability to obtain and maintain access to assigned sites
- Valid Driver's License
