Position: Sales Associate, Partner Relations

Overview

EVO Payments International stands as a premier provider of payment processing solutions for a diverse clientele, including merchants, independent sales organizations, financial institutions, government entities, and multinational corporations across North America and Europe.

The Sales Associate, Partner Relations plays a crucial role in managing and servicing B2B partnerships, assisting Account Managers and leadership with various tasks and projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support and manage all aspects of Partner Relations, including onboarding new merchants as necessary.
  2. Stay informed about EVO's offerings, services, and operational procedures. Participate in all training sessions for new products and services as directed by your supervisor.
  3. Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
  4. Conduct quality assurance checks on essential CRM data within internal databases.
  5. Document and monitor activities and exceptions in SalesForce.
  6. Assist Account Managers with essential tasks and projects.
  7. Engage in outbound and inbound communications with ISVs and POS resellers to facilitate the Beta testing process.
  8. Address Partner notifications, setup challenges, and product or service inquiries for partners and their merchants.
  9. Document and communicate unresolved issues to management and the respective Account Manager.
  10. Identify and escalate challenges that hinder effective partner relations within established service levels.
  11. Provide updates to the team regarding changes in paperwork, agreements, forms, services, etc., ensuring that the most current information is available.
  12. Perform additional duties as assigned by management, which may extend beyond the typical responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator role.
  13. Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure successful project and issue resolution.
  14. Be prepared for flexible scheduling, which may require earlier or later start and end times based on workload.
  15. Adapt to changes and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in channel and/or merchant services is preferred.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, particularly SalesForce.
  • Strong focus on customer service and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • High emphasis on accuracy and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a team.
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to analyze and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other necessary applications.
