The Client Relations Specialist at SIXT USA is responsible for delivering exceptional service at the exit booth. This role involves verifying customer documentation, confirming vehicle details, ensuring gate security, and addressing any inquiries or requests from customers. Additionally, the specialist will greet customers upon their return and assess the condition of the vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Verification: Validate that the driver's license presented is authentic and corresponds with the renter's information in our system. Request additional documentation when necessary.
  • Vehicle Confirmation: Ensure customers are in the correct vehicle and facilitate exchanges as required.
  • Product and Service Recommendations: Advise customers on available add-ons such as prepaid fuel and toll passes, and assist with any questions or concerns.
  • Rental Agreement Finalization: Complete the rental agreement after confirming all necessary documents and details, making adjustments as needed.
  • Gate Operations: Maintain the security of the exit gate, ensuring it opens only after confirming both the customer and vehicle.
  • Vendor Coordination: Document any off-site movements conducted by subcontractor partners to maintain asset control.
  • Workstation Maintenance: Keep the work area organized and clean, ensuring personal items are not visible to customers and adhering to corporate identity standards.
  • Customer Greeting: Welcome customers back to the lot, inquire about their experience, and gather feedback to enhance future service.
  • Vehicle Inspection: Ensure customers retrieve all personal belongings, check for damages, mileage, and fuel levels, and guide customers through the damage reporting process if necessary.
  • Rental Agreement Review: Discuss rental charges with customers and provide an accurate receipt.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as needed to support overall operations and maintain service quality.

Qualifications:

  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, including day and evening shifts.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Willingness to wear company uniforms.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Ability to travel 5-10% of the time, including by air.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
