Role Summary:

The marketing division at Invoca is on the lookout for a strategic and innovative Director of Partner Marketing to spearhead our partner ecosystem initiatives. This position involves working within a dynamic and remote team, closely collaborating with leaders across sales, marketing, and customer success to enhance Invoca's partner programs and alliances. You will be instrumental in crafting and implementing joint go-to-market strategies that foster mutual growth for Invoca and its partners. The ideal candidate will possess a vibrant and strategic mindset, along with a proven history of cultivating successful partner relationships within the SaaS and AI sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement a detailed partner marketing strategy to boost Invoca's visibility and demand through partnerships, including technology collaborators, digital agencies, and resellers.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between Invoca's marketing team and our partner network, designing and executing co-marketing initiatives, collaborative use cases, and campaigns that enhance partner engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth, ensuring effective execution and measurable results.
  • Collaborate with the Strategic Alliances team to onboard new strategic partners, nurturing strong relationships to generate market demand.
  • Develop partner communication strategies, including regular updates, webinars, and events to keep partners informed and engaged with Invoca's offerings.
  • Work in conjunction with product management, sales, and customer success teams to ensure partner feedback and requirements are integrated into product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on key performance indicators related to partner marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5-7 years dedicated to partner marketing in the B2B SaaS or Enterprise Software domain.
  • Demonstrated success in crafting and executing partner marketing strategies that yield measurable business growth and partner engagement.
  • Experience in establishing and managing relationships with technology partners, digital agencies, resellers, and other channel partners.
  • Strong collaborative skills to work cross-functionally with product management, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Robust analytical abilities to track, assess, and report on key performance metrics related to partner marketing initiatives.
  • A strategic mindset with excellent organizational and project management capabilities to manage multiple priorities and drive cross-functional collaboration and execution.

Compensation and Benefits:
