Job Description: Crisis Prevention and Intervention Technician

We are seeking a skilled technician to join our team as a Crisis Prevention and Intervention Technician. In this role, you will work closely with school staff to prevent and intervene in crisis situations related to student behavior and mental health.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to students in crisis situations using CPI strategies
- Conduct FBAs to identify underlying causes of student behavior
- Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement BIPs
- Collect and analyze data related to student behavior
- Monitor and provide feedback to staff on implementation of BIPs
