About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Preventative Maintenance Technician to join our team at Hyatt Place Charlotte Airport/Tyvola Road hotel. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance tasks, repairing equipment, and ensuring the overall maintenance of our hotel facilities.

About You

">

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and experience in a hotel or related field is preferred. A valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record (MVR) are required. You should also have knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, HVAC systems, and carpentry.

About the Role

">

This is a full-time position that requires flexibility and adaptability. You will work closely with other members of the maintenance team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for monitoring energy conservation, repairing vacuum cleaners, and performing other small equipment repairs as needed.

The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
