Your Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our Child Crisis program. In this rewarding position, you will have the opportunity to provide individualized care to children and adolescents with mental health diagnoses and/or substance use disorders.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide crisis intervention and support to individuals in need, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Conduct vital sign observations and maintain accurate records.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, working collaboratively with nursing staff and other professionals.

• Foster a therapeutic environment that promotes recovery and personal growth.

• Ensure individuals receive necessary supplies and resources to support their daily needs.

• Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a comprehensive and person-centered approach to care.

• Prepare written reports and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

What We Offer:

Monarch is committed to providing a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development and growth.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require a high school diploma or equivalent and experience working with children and adolescents with mental health diagnoses and/or substance use disorders. A valid driver's license and certification in crisis intervention techniques are also preferred.
