- Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute effective sales plans to drive growth, leveraging market insights, competitive analysis, and BC's brand strengths.
- Client Focused Sales Culture: Foster a client-centric approach, serving as a model for sales leadership and advancing a strong business partnership with the Area Director.
- Portfolio Management: Prioritize and manage the Area sales portfolio, ensuring performance metrics align with growth objectives.
- Accountability and Partnerships: Hold Client Service Managers accountable for sales and client growth goals, partnering with the Area Director to make informed Go/No-go decisions.
This role demands strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and experience driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of converting key pursuits exceeding $5M into wins, along with 10+ years' experience working with major clients in the geography.
