Job Description

This role requires a significant amount of time building relationships and communicating with business owners in the private and public markets.

  • Identifying and reaching out to C-Level executives at businesses
  • Managing our database and cultivated relationships
  • Qualifying and analyzing deals based on J.J. Astor investment criteria
  • Working with underwriting teams to win deals and carry them through the diligence process
  • Attending industry events and conferences
  • Collaborating with investing and senior management teams to evaluate and execute deals

This position will drive relationships forward through various channels, including email, phone calls, and in-person meetings. The candidate will also be responsible for basic financial analysis, deal qualifying, and getting deals to a term sheet.
