Job Summary

Western Growers is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business sales and expanding our customer base in the Western United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage an unlimited territory, primarily in California and Arizona, to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, consultants, and employers to promote our products and services.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to demonstrate the value of our solutions.
  • Track and report on sales activity and pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting and goal achievement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving new business sales and expanding customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of the insurance and financial services industries, including product offerings and market trends.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
