Job Summary

The HOA Banking Relationship Manager is a key role at City National Bank, responsible for developing and maintaining commercial banking relationships within the Community Association industry. This position requires a strong understanding of the industry and the ability to build and expand relationships with current and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Community Association clients, identifying opportunities to provide customized Treasury Management products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the bank's presence in the Community Association market.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in business development within the Community Association industry.
  • Proven track record of building and expanding relationships with clients.
  • Strong understanding of local market and a solid base of contacts.
  • Excellent credit analysis and relationship management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
