Client Success Specialist
As a Client Success Specialist at DivvyCloud, you will serve as a trusted consultant for our clients, leveraging your cybersecurity expertise and knowledge of DivvyCloud's products and services to ensure that clients derive maximum value from their investment.

About the Team
The Client Success team is dedicated to ensuring overall client satisfaction and success. The mission of the Client Success Specialist is to cultivate advocates within our technical ecosystem.

You will be instrumental in fostering and sustaining robust relationships with Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) and other technology stakeholders, comprehending clients' distinct cybersecurity objectives, formulating Success Plans, and offering the necessary support and guidance to achieve their goals and secure renewals.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Management:
Build and nurture enduring relationships with key stakeholders, including technical teams, project leaders, and executive management.
Coordinate essential interactions with clients, ranging from weekly updates to Executive Business Reviews.
Serve as the primary liaison for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving challenges, and proactively identifying areas for enhancement.

Product Knowledge:

Exhibit a profound understanding of the value propositions of our offerings and assist clients in navigating and optimizing their usage.

Provide guidance and educational resources to help clients comprehend and utilize the features and functionalities of our products.

Industry Insight:
Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and developments in the cybersecurity landscape.
Be recognized as a trusted advisor by clients, serving as the go-to partner for your assigned accounts.

Client Advocacy:
Represent client needs and feedback within the organization to drive product enhancements and improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to client success.

Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and challenges in client relationships and proactively address them before they escalate.
Monitor client engagement and usage patterns to identify accounts that may be at risk of churn.

Performance Metrics:

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client success, including satisfaction scores, product usage/health, retention rates, and upsell opportunities.


Required Skills:


3+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Consulting, preferably in a high-tech or SaaS environment – ideally in cybersecurity – where you developed strategies and plans for assigned accounts to fully leverage technology solutions.

Strong grasp of technical concepts and experience advising clients, including C-level executives, on how to best utilize and adopt SaaS platforms for improved Return on Investment (ROI).

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to navigate complex situations.
Familiarity with client success platforms and tools is advantageous.
