Client Relationship Manager

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a current awareness of open positions, establishing recruiting requirements, and building applicant sources. They will also assist with payroll and scheduling of our field staff, and report directly to the Director of Operations.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a current awareness of open positions in collaboration with Clinical Supervisor, Operations Manager, and scheduling department.
- Establish recruiting requirements by meeting with managers to identify the skills and qualifications needed for each position.
- Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, employment agencies, other recruiters, media, and internet sites.
- Conduct internal sales calls and set appointments with candidates and managers to discuss job opportunities.
- Demonstrate an ability to identify problems and take initiative to reach quality decisions.
- Maintain relationships with clients and employees, and promote harmonious interpersonal relationships.
- Meet all deadlines on special projects as assigned.
- Maintain strict confidentiality on patient, agency, and employee matters.
- Follow and promote the Compliance Plan.
- Establish community involvement to promote recruiting goals.
- Achieve recruiting goals as set monthly.
- Maintain a working relationship with candidates after the hire process, and communicate any challenges or need for process changes to the hiring managers.
- Monitor all recruiting sources daily.
- College degree, preferred.
- Healthcare experience, preferred.
- 1+ years of experience with schedule/staffing.
- Home care experience is a plus.
