Impact Floors of Texas is currently in search of a skilled Sales Representative who will collaborate with our clients to ensure their long-term success. The Sales Representative will focus on cultivating relationships with a designated portfolio of clients and engaging with key decision-makers and stakeholders. It is essential for Sales Representatives to gain comprehensive knowledge of all products offered by the company and to advocate for our strategic initiatives to boost sales and enhance profitability.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Representative

  • Develop and strengthen sales relationships while securing orders from existing clients and establishing new accounts.
  • Create tailored sales presentations that address the unique business needs of both current and prospective clients.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, schedule appointments, manage customer interactions, and generate reports.
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape by analyzing current pricing, products, and installation practices in the multifamily flooring market.
  • Propose innovative products, services, and policies based on performance evaluations and competitive analysis.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns by understanding their issues, formulating solutions, and making informed recommendations.

Essential Competencies for Sales Representatives

  • Fundamental sales knowledge and experience in account management or related fields.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively, present data, and influence decision-making processes at all organizational levels.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Strong attention to detail while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a strong drive for success.

Education and Experience Requirements

A High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business, or a related field is preferred.

A minimum of 2 years of customer sales experience or relevant experience is required.

At least 2 years of experience in the flooring industry or a related field is preferred.

Experience in selling products and services to multifamily property management companies or working within such companies is advantageous.

Reliable transportation, current auto insurance, and a valid driver's license are mandatory.
