The primary function of this role is to manage a portfolio of designated clients, cultivate new business from existing accounts, and proactively pursue new sales prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Client Relationship Manager, your duties will encompass:

  • Acting as the principal point of contact for all client account management issues.
  • Establishing and nurturing robust, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring timely and effective processing of sales orders and inquiries in alignment with client needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicating the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities with existing clients while pinpointing areas for improvement to achieve sales targets.
  • Forecasting and monitoring key account metrics, including sales results forecasts.
  • Preparing comprehensive reports on account status.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify and expand opportunities.
  • Assisting with complex client requests or issue escalations as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level.
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
