Position Overview:

The Physician Relations Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing revenue and patient volume for designated facilities by fostering relationships with targeted physician clientele through strategic business development and effective communication.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales initiatives and implement strategies to achieve assigned objectives.
  • Analyze physician utilization of hospital services and competitive offerings to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians in the assigned territory.
  • Organize resources effectively to meet established goals.
  • Track and measure personal sales performance through quantifiable tactics.
  • Submit regular reports detailing sales activities and results in the designated database system.
  • Manage correspondence and follow-up with physicians to strengthen relationships.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare sales, preferably within a hospital environment; relevant clinical experience may be considered.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance.
  • A Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience that meets the requirements.
