Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and oversee studio operations in accordance with global regulations, guidelines, and requirements by cultivating a strong management team and setting operational objectives for each function.
  • Foster a culture of performance excellence within the studio.
  • Identify necessary adjustments and improvements to meet globally established KPIs and OKRs.
  • Manage staffing by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, developing, and supervising team members.
  • Plan, monitor, evaluate, and review job contributions of team members.
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and comfortable work environment for all employees.
  • Achieve staff results by communicating job expectations and providing feedback.
  • Maintain organized communication flow within the team and with other departments.
  • Enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of team performance through operational improvements.
  • Uphold quality service by enforcing standards, analyzing issues, and recommending system enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain internal documentation (manuals, procedures, regulations, etc.) in compliance with company policies.
  • Support efficient workload distribution in line with labor laws and business needs.
  • Gather and analyze operational data.
  • Forecast and monitor operational costs to ensure budget compliance.
  • Provide regular reports to management on team KPIs, escalate issues, and evaluate necessary support.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the direct manager related to this position.
  • Cover for colleagues during absences.
Qualifications
  • Higher education or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing supervisors or first-time managers.
  • At least 1 year of experience in managing team leaders in Live Dealer Casino operations.
  • Experience in promoting and implementing best practices in Live Dealer Casino operations.
  • Ability to optimize studio operations using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Proven track record of quality improvements in the Live Dealer Casino industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address complex client complaints and requests.
  • Knowledge of IT setups for Online Casinos and B2B integration processes.
  • Understanding of physical security standards in a 24/7 studio environment.
  • Awareness of Live Casino user behaviors to identify problem gambling and betting patterns.
  • Experience managing large teams with significant entry-level staff is a plus.
  • Basic financial knowledge and budgeting experience.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience in developing standards and procedures.
  • Strong leadership and collaborative skills.
