Key Responsibilities:
  • Studio Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the studio, ensuring seamless delivery of services and exceptional customer experience.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, expand membership, and enhance brand visibility.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, coaches, and support staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Financial Management: Manage studio finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing plans to promote the studio and its services, including social media, email marketing, and local advertising.
  • Customer Service: Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer complaints and concerns.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Proficient in financial management, marketing, and customer service.
  • Certifications: Certified Fitness Professional (CFP) or equivalent.
