About the Role

Panduit is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all customer requests, including orders, discrepancies, product inquiries, returns, and exceptions throughout the order cycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met and foster a frictionless experience.
  • Maintain and cultivate relationships with regional customers and sales teams through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Develop and implement solutions for customer issues, coordinating with internal teams for timely resolution.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction through survey results and implement corrective action plans to address dissatisfaction.
  • Provide solutions for commercial exceptions, freight/carrier issues, damaged goods, transactional errors, and expedite stock/non-stock inventory to meet customer deadlines.
  • Support senior team members and assist lower volume customers as needed.
  • Contribute to tasks associated with Global Named Accounts and strategic growth accounts.
Requirements
  • Associates degree in a business or technical focus.
  • Preferred degree: Bachelor's degree with business or technical focus, or related experience of 5+ years.
  • 0-2 years of experience.
