Customer Experience Liaison

Panduit is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all customer requests, including orders, discrepancies, product inquiries, returns, and exceptions throughout the order cycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met and foster a frictionless experience.
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with regional customers and sales teams through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Develop and implement solutions for customer issues, coordinating with internal teams for timely resolution.
- Monitor customer satisfaction through survey results and implement corrective action plans to address dissatisfaction.
- Provide solutions for commercial exceptions, freight/carrier issues, damaged goods, transactional errors, and expedite stock/non-stock inventory to meet customer deadlines.
- Support senior team members and assist lower volume customers as needed.
- Contribute to tasks associated with Global Named Accounts and strategic growth accounts.
- Associates degree in a business or technical focus.
- Preferred degree: Bachelor's degree with business or technical focus, or related experience of 5+ years.
- 0-2 years of experience.
