Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall client experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to build trust and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate and informed support to clients.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
