Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Advocate at Panduit, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer journey. You will independently oversee all aspects of customer engagement, ensuring that specific requests and needs are addressed efficiently. Your primary goal will be to provide clear communication, proactive solutions, and effective order management, thereby enhancing the overall experience for our clients. You will report directly to the Supervisor of Customer Experience.

  • Manage all customer inquiries independently, including orders, discrepancies, product questions, returns, and any exceptions throughout the order process, ensuring timely physical inventory delivery.
  • Collaborate with various Panduit departments (GSC, Pricing, SPA, A/R, Sales, and BUs) to meet customer expectations, fostering a seamless experience and enhancing brand loyalty.
  • Build and maintain relationships with regional Panduit customers and sales teams through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work alongside Panduit sales to develop effective strategies for resolving external customer challenges.
  • Track customer satisfaction through survey feedback, implementing corrective measures to address any dissatisfaction.
  • Propose and execute independent solutions for customer challenges, coordinating with internal teams for prompt resolution.
  • Address commercial exceptions, freight/carrier issues, damaged goods, transactional errors, and expedite stock/non-stock inventory to meet customer deadlines.
  • Support CEA 2 or 3 and assist lower volume customers as necessary.
  • Contribute to tasks related to Global Named Accounts (GNAs) and strategic growth accounts, including updating discrepancies, answering product inquiries, and expediting processes.
Qualifications
  • Required Education: Associate's degree in a business or technical field.
  • Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree with a business or technical focus, or relevant experience of 5+ years.
  • Experience: 0-2 years.
