We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Assist customers and business partners via phone and email, handling customer complaints in a calm and professional manner.
- Problem-Solving: Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Inventory Management: Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps, process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.
- Logistics Coordination: Monitor progress of delivery routes and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment.
- Skills: Strong customer service skills, ability to satisfactorily resolve issues, and experience with Microsoft Office programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Logistics or Warehouse Experience: Previous experience in logistics or warehouse environments is highly desirable.
