Regional Business Development Director

We are seeking a Regional Business Development Director to join our team in Atlanta, GA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for commercial roofing solutions across 20 states.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategic sales plans that foster long-term, profitable growth.
- Meet and exceed pipeline, sales, and revenue goals by following a strategic prospecting and sales plan.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a distributed service business.
- Proven track record in generating process documentation and KPI reporting.
$80,000 - $85,000 per year + 3% Gross Margin Commission
