Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Major Account Manager who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and possesses exceptional customer service abilities. This role is pivotal in our Cincinnati territory.
Key Responsibilities:
The Major Account Manager will be tasked with:
- Identifying and cultivating new client relationships while nurturing existing accounts.
- Managing inventory levels effectively and ensuring accurate sales data entry.
- Coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts and supplies.
- Acting as a liaison between Smyth Automotive and clients to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will:
- Develop new accounts and maintain strong relationships through proactive engagement and training.
- Monitor and manage inventory based on usage and forecasted needs.
- Review inventory reports to identify and address excess stock.
- Collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Assess and fulfill shop supply requests from technicians.
- Ensure accurate labeling and organization of supply areas.
- Conduct regular reviews of promotional and corporate programs.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service to enhance the overall client experience.
