Job Description:
The Strategic Client Solutions Manager will work closely with senior leadership and sales teams to identify profitable opportunities for Blue Pioneer Consulting's services and products. This role involves understanding customer buying processes, providing guidance to the Blue Pioneer team, and presenting new sales opportunities that support customer objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior leadership and key decision-makers at our clients
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business outcomes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Providing regular reporting and insights on customer health and market trends to senior leadership
