The Low Income Housing Institute is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housing Support Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our supportive services programs, including case management and resident support services.

  • About Us: The Low Income Housing Institute is a nonprofit organization that has been developing and managing affordable housing for over 30 years. Our mission is to create opportunities for low-income people to live in affordable, safe, and healthy housing conditions.
  • Your Role: As a Housing Support Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team of case managers and ensuring that our residents receive the support they need to succeed. You will work closely with our housing management staff to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and that our residents have access to the resources they need.
  • Key Responsibilities: \
    1. Supervise and train a team of case managers to provide high-quality support services to residents.
    2. Develop and implement programs to improve resident outcomes, such as job training and education initiatives.
    3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our services are coordinated and effective.
    4. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.

We offer a competitive salary range of $72,000-75,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
