We are seeking a highly motivated Program Coordinator to join our team at the Low Income Housing Institute in Seattle. As a key member of our housing services department, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of our programs, including tenant relations, compliance with funding sources and laws, maintaining occupancy rates, operating projects within budget, and fostering a positive community environment.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team dedicated to creating supportive communities for people to thrive. As a Program Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our programs and services. Your responsibilities will include screening new residents, developing relationships with existing tenants, and monitoring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in property management, delivery of housing services, community organizing, or program/administrative duties. You must have good organization skills, be able to manage multiple tasks concurrently, and have basic mathematical aptitude. A strong commitment to the empowerment of low-income or special needs people is required. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $25-30 per hour, depending on experience.
