About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Building Support Worker to join our team at the Low Income Housing Institute.

This part-time position is approximately 24 hours per week and requires working weekends from 12 PM-12 AM.

The ideal candidate will have one year of property security experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and good communication skills.

Job Responsibilities
  • Foster a safe and peaceful environment for residents.
  • Monitor the building through security cameras and enforce house rules.
  • Respond to resident concerns and emergencies, and perform grounds checks as needed.

This non-exempt position offers a competitive salary range of $22.05-$27.51 per hour, with opportunities for vacation time and paid holidays.
