Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Regional Shelter Program, ensuring the effective delivery of services to clients.
  • Supervise and support a team of staff, including shelter managers, case workers, and maintenance personnel.
  • Develop and implement program initiatives, policies, and procedures that align with the organization's mission and goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
