Job Overview

Bruckner Truck Sales, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Truck Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining a database of existing customers and sales prospects, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact customers and prospects to identify potential sales opportunities for new trucks, used trucks, and trailers.
  • Maintain a database of existing customers and sales prospects to organize customer contact and potentially support other departments.
  • Assist truck sales people with sales quotes and sales assistance when needed.
  • Work with customers and prospects who visit the dealership when sales people are unavailable.
  • Help rental customers pick up vehicles when the rental manager is out of the office.
  • Organize and maintain used truck files, including pictures and specifications, on the dealership's computer database.
  • Enter used truck specifications and pictures on the company website.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in gathering information for direct mail pieces and place advertising as directed.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
Requirements
  • A minimum high school diploma with relevant experience is required.
  • At least 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in heavy duty or medium duty trucks.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Commitment to company core values.
  • Excellent communication and mathematical skills to prepare sales quotes and analyze market data.
  • Ability to operate a computer and interact with customers and prospects.
  • Physical ability to tilt truck hoods and climb into cabs or onto frames to demonstrate vehicles or appraise their value.
