Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team at Bruckner's Truck Sales. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers and prospects to identify potential sales opportunities for new trucks, used trucks, and trailers.

• Maintain a database of existing customers and sales prospects to organize customer contact and potentially share with other departments.

• Assist truck sales people with preparing sales quotes and filing and tracking sales assistance on new trucks when needed.

• Work with customers and prospects who visit the dealership when sales people are unavailable.

• Help rental customers pick up vehicles when the rental manager is out of the office.

• Organize and maintain used truck files on the dealership's computer database, including pictures and specifications.

• Enter used truck inventory specifications and pictures on the company website.

• Assist the Sales Manager in gathering information for direct mail pieces and placing advertising for new and used trucks as directed.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services purchased.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant sales experience.

• Minimum 2 years retail sales experience, preferably in heavy-duty or medium-duty truck sales.

• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and commitments to company core values.

• Ability to operate a computer and perform tasks such as preparing sales quotes and analyzing market data.

• Physical demands include tilting truck hoods and climbing into cabs or onto frames to demonstrate vehicles or appraise their value.
