Job Title: Administrative Coordinator Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Morrison Child and Family Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our programs, including coordinating services, tracking reports, and ensuring youth case records are in compliance. Key Responsibilities: * Initiate and maintain files and records, including youth case files and reports * Maintain and update program forms, including policies and procedures * Collaborate with agency and department staff to improve overall operations * Oversee the establishment and maintenance of confidential youth files * Provide basic computer and technical support to department staff * Monitor contract compliance and ensure various reports for program contracts * Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, faxing, and recordkeeping * Complete timely and accurate timesheets and other personnel/administrative records Requirements: * One year of employment experience demonstrating office management experience * Intermediate computer skills using word processing, databases, spreadsheets, and email * Ability to work shift hours and days, as assigned * Ability to pass a comprehensive criminal history background investigation * Position may require working at multiple ORR Program sites Preferred Qualifications: * ORR experience * Bi-lingual in Spanish and English, written, read, and verbal * Knowledge of Federal, State, and agency regulations * Knowledge of adolescent developmental issues, trauma, abuse, and neglect, substance abuse and dependence, delinquency, peer influence, and related group and individual interventions Benefits: * Medical, Vision, Dental, Flexible Spending Accounts, Employer-Paid Life, Accidental Death and Dismemberment, and Long-Term Disability * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Equal Employment Opportunity: Morrison Child and Family Services is an Affirmative Action Plan Employer.
