Job Overview

Embassy Suites by Hilton Jacksonville Baymeadows is seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to enhance our guest experience. As a Front Desk Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize effective selling techniques to promote room bookings and additional hotel services.
  • Adhere to established protocols for guest service, including check-in, reservations, special requests, and check-out procedures.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously, providing alternative solutions when necessary.
  • Exhibit a strong commitment to guest satisfaction through hospitable and accommodating service.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of one year of experience in the hospitality industry is required.
  • Previous experience with PEP is preferred.
  • Proficient in cash handling and credit card transactions.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
