  • Follow established procedures for payment processing, cash handling, and credit transactions.
  • Prepare, print, and distribute daily operational reports to relevant departments.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping team to rectify any discrepancies in room status reports.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
Guest Interaction

Deliver outstanding guest services by efficiently managing the check-in and check-out processes, handling all financial transactions in line with hotel policies, and providing information and assistance to guests in a courteous and professional manner.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service; prior experience in the hospitality sector is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests, management, and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in computer systems is advantageous.
  • Bilingual capabilities, particularly in English and Spanish, are a plus.
  • Familiarity with local attractions and activities suitable for guests.
