Construction Project Scheduler

Adecco USA is in search of a proficient Project Scheduler to enhance our client's project management capabilities. This role is essential in ensuring the timely delivery of projects through meticulous schedule management. As a Project Scheduler, your primary duties will include crafting and sustaining detailed project timelines, optimizing resource distribution, and offering essential insights to facilitate project advancement.

Key Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience in formulating project schedules utilizing P6 software within a construction setting.
- Over 5 years of experience in schedule development and updates, resource loading, and project monitoring.
- Demonstrated proficiency in P6 software, including advanced scheduling methodologies and reporting functions.
- Comprehensive understanding of construction project management principles and practices.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities, capable of effectively engaging with project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Capacity to operate autonomously and collaboratively, showcasing initiative and problem-solving acumen.
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities, with a keen eye for detail and precision.
- Experience in the utility sector is advantageous.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain intricate project schedules using P6 software, integrating project scope, tasks, dependencies, and resource needs.
- Collaborate with project teams to collect and analyze data, pinpoint critical path tasks, and evaluate potential schedule effects.
- Execute resource loading to enhance resource allocation and guarantee timely project delivery.
- Track and report project progress against the defined schedule, identifying discrepancies and suggesting corrective measures.
- Proactively recognize and alleviate schedule risks and constraints, working closely with project stakeholders to formulate contingency strategies.
- Provide prompt and precise schedule updates to project management and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.

Compensation Details: $47.00 to $50.00 per hour
