Key Responsibilities
  • Develops, organizes, and coordinates Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules for all stages of construction, including Planning, Design, Construction, and Project Close-out.
  • Analyzes construction design documents and specifications; conducts site visits to gather necessary materials and data for effective CPM schedule development.
  • Collaborates with design teams, construction management, and other stakeholders to prepare scheduling activities and establish logical relationships and durations for tasks.
  • Conducts resource and cost loading of schedule activities as needed, and prepares detailed CPM schedule reports highlighting critical paths, total float, milestones, and constraints.
  • Performs Time Impact Analyses (TIA) to assess the implications of potential delays on project timelines.
  • Reviews contractor schedule submissions, tracks monthly impacts on the baseline schedule, and evaluates the responsibility for any delays.
  • Prepares summary schedule analysis reports for presentation to project management teams.
  • Responsible for maintaining the Primavera P6 database, including reviewing database structures and performing monthly updates.


Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3-8 years of relevant experience in scheduling.
  • Proficient in conducting technical schedule reviews and analyses.
  • Experience in developing Time Impact Analysis reports.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Compensation: Minimum: $100,000; Maximum: $120,000. The range provided reflects the salary that the company believes, in good faith, it is willing to pay for this position. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual qualifications.
