Key Account Manager

We are a leading provider of medical waste services, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering long-term partnerships with our clients.
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team, someone who can provide outstanding customer service and support, and drive business growth through strategic account management.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in customer service or account management, preferably dealing with key or high-value clients.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple client interactions.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to follow up on outstanding issues until fully resolved.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
