Sales Director

In today's fast-paced business environment, it's essential to have a deep understanding of your customers' needs and challenges. As a Director, Sales - Key Account Manager at CommScope, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs, objectives, and business challenges to provide tailored telecommunications solutions.
- Regularly meet with clients to review performance, discuss opportunities, and address any concerns or issues.
- Support the regions in penetrating CommScope's products into regional markets for named accounts, participating in territory analysis and planning to enable appropriate allocation of time to accounts and customers.
- Assess market opportunities and develop business plans to meet revenue objectives.
- Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive growth within key accounts.
- Bachelor's degree and 10 or more years of relevant experience with 3 or more being at a director level.
- Experience in Account Planning, Forecasting, Product Service/Solution.
- Ability to have influence over purchasing decisions while becoming a trusted advisor.
