Key Account Customer Care Role

LINK is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Customer Care Professional to join our team. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our key accounts through various communication channels, including chat, email, and social media.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, sales, services, and company information to provide informed responses.
  • Collaborating with multiple departments to find solutions and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Demonstrating the Company's Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions.
  • Maintaining reliable attendance and adhering to established standards for quality and productivity.


The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English, with reading, writing, and speaking abilities.
  • Able to type at least 50 words per minute and maintain high accuracy levels.
  • Demonstrate rigorous critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
